Wild Wings in Brampton

Kirsten was our server, been here twice now. Although the restaurant is not in a good area in Brampton, she provided excellent service. She’s bright and cheery, and made sure our orders were taken care of, and we had more than a few changes to make with picky eaters. It’s nice and tucked away on Queen street, but great for what it is. Tvs everywhere, decently clean considering the area and happy to change the channels to what we requested.Highly recommend this place for people in the area!

People smoking pot in patio and management doesn't do anything. Though patio is not accessible for customers but some guys are allowed to smoke pot and drink. Nasty crowd.

Oh where to start.. there is a friendly crowd around always.. music is amazing and always a good choice.. they actually have a nice out door patio which is cozier than other places and two pool tables to kill.. best of All is the bartender! She is the most amazing server ever met in my life with best service! Not sure if I shud say her name but its with a D so i hope her bosses can praise her and give nice manager position!

This is by far the worst location there is in the area. The facility is FILTHY, including the washrooms. Staff has an attitude, and are rude. The tables are sticky, the smell is off. Never returning nor would I ever recommend this location to anyone.

Only patrons in the restaurant eating at 230 pm, patio and restaurant was empty. I think our waitress was our cook. Slow service and the two wraps were mostly made of lettuce. Took 40 minutes to serve five of us the only people in the whole place... I think it's empty for a reason.... LOL

Horrible experience. Food was late and incorrect. My fiancée ordered a cheese burger. Out came a warm bottom bun, cold, hard beef patty, a mountain of cold chopped bacon, 1 hot tomato slice the size of a quarter and to top it all off, 3 bits of shredded cheese. 3! Needless to say, we did NOT eat this as it looked absolutely disgusting. The server was apologetic and removed it from the bill which was appreciated. We will not be back to this location in the future.

Went here for the first time the other night since it was Harry flashman's place was pretty decent cleaner than I expected I heard it was a hole the wings were fantastic we really enjoyed them and the waitress was very friendly the place was not busy though and they have half price wings on Tuesday definitely worth checking out

Nasty place with disgusting servers. Was there with a buddy to watch a UFC fight. Ordered a few rounds of beers. A table behind us had ordered drinks and walked out on their bill. A server cleared their table and noticed a drink was hardly touched so what did she do? Put it in the fridge fight in front of me and told another server that it was still good and to sell it later. Not only that but as the night progressed I had noticed a roach crawling on their counter tee behind the bar. Utterly disgusted me and I would never go back here or recommend this place to anyone.

Saturday Aug. 17. Placed an order for pick up, was called 3 times in 30 minutes asking where I was, when I was coming, if they should cancel the order. When I arrived to pick up my order, the waitress gave it away. Claimed there was no manager in the restaurant. That she had no contact information for her manager. Refused to give her name.

The place smelled like weed and was dark, dingy and sketchy people going in and out of the bathroom every 15 mins. Wont go back there.

I come here often with friends and family members. Wings are amazing, perfectly cooked and crispy. Other food is very good. Staff has always been amazing. Never had an issue here.

ordered dinner through Skip The Dishes from this Wild Wing. After an hour and a half of not getting food, our order disappeared from the monitor. Another 10 minutes later, we get a phone call from Wild Wing letting us know the driver had a flat tire(not blaming the driver. these things happen). BUT the girl on the phone tells us our order is ready and has been sitting there so could we reorder so that they can get a driver to bring us our food. yeah I'll get right on that because I really want wings and fries that will be 2 hours old when they get to me! I will not order from this location again based on the customer service alone!

Nice place to go chilling with families or friends

We had 9 shots and the glasses were not washed.No manager we waited for 45 minutes and no water was given.

Good food and fast service

The food was the only good thing except the cold gravy.. so dark I had to use my phone flashlight to see the menu , the waitress was to busy on her phone or chatting with her friends at the bar so she forgot my wife's pop and only brought 1 set of cutlery for the both of us.. Overall giving this experience a 2 rating is being generous... last time we go there :(

DISAPPOINTING. Came here because it usually is not as busy and the service is quick. Waitress we had a super rude greeting us for our food order of "What do you want?". Seemed more interested in talking to customers at the bar than us. A lot of drunk people here and made it uncomfortable for our dining experience. Wings have started to go up in price and is not worth it. Watched a 'skip the dishes' guy walk straight into the kitchen which made me cringe. Pool area was worth it though.

Came here last night. The bartender was RUDE and didn’t seem to care about guest experience. Nachos were quite dry. Sour cream was very spoiled. Menus were sticky and dirty and service was slow. Bartender was on the phone the whole entire time, did not come out to check on us and forgot half our order. Disappointing and I will not return to this location again!

We will NEVER order from this location of Wild Wing. We used Door Dash to order their double wing family special. Supposed to be a double order of wings, an order of fries, carrots and celery. 2 bottles of pop and 2 desserts. The food was cold, there were no fries, no veggies, the wrong drinks, and they messed up the desserts. Unfortunately there are no written reviews on Door Dash or we would never have ordered from here. Please see some of the other Google reviews, this place is terrible!!!! I do not recommend this location. In fact 2 out of the 3 Wild Wings we've been to were awful. Lesson learned. Wild wing is off the list!

Don't ever go to this place. The bathrooms are horrific. The service was good but the food was terrible.

Terrible service and delays.Ive been to other wildwing locations and this one is nothing like them!Poor service means not enough staff! The owners really need more than 1 cook and 1 waitress working the restaurant!

Ordered food from this restaurant through Uber Eats, * Chili Cheese dog was rock hard burnt & overcooked served on a stale hard bun.* Wings were under cooked* Salad was dripping with dressing and soggy. I called the restaurant to complain, and they did not respond other than a few grunts in the phone, absolutely poor customer service on the phone and poor products to boot. I have complained through Uber Eats, but at the end of the day the store gets paid for shelling out garbage, and that's where my food landed. I would rate this place 0 Stars if I could. All the good reviews must have been paid for.

By far the worst restaurant I've been to. This spot single handedly makes all other Wild Wings locations look bad!

Your staff should write orders down instead of returning to a table 4 times to confirm different orders. Had to return twice to confirm the drinks as well. The kitchen should pump food out strategic and not just randomly. Wild wings used to be amazing but untrained and poorly menu educated staff have made it go down the drain. Where and who is your manager?

Good service and even gave me extra things without asking.

DO NOT COME HERE!Wednesday is wings day and usually place like this is PACKED! Buy our first warning sign was it was DEAD! Tables were sticky and dirty. Only 1 waitress + 1 cook ..( really?!?!) People were dealing drugs in the washroom while staff doesn't care.Food took over 45 mins to come out.Wings were below average.The bill took about 30 mins to arrive.I don't know how this place is still in business unless the owner is the one selling drugs in the washrooms to make the profit.

The bartender Shannon is amazing!!! She attended all my needs rapidly! I love having her as a server! 10/10 would recommend (especially if she’s your bartender) Deja is another amazing bartender; literally made me feel really comfortable and happy!

Their bathroom was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. There was only 1 stall and the door appeared to be kicked in so it didn't close. There was a sink cracked in half and another with no running water. There were pieces of broken trim on the floor. My child ran into the kitchen and I went in after her. Their kitchen was in the same state of neglect as their bathroom. From a service side our table was dirty and sticky. And service was slow because they were understaffed. Truth be told the food tasted okay but I'd never come here again. I mean that bathroom alone must violate some basic building code and they should be shut down until they renovate.

I'm not sure if this used to be a strip club prior to it being a Wild Wing and the choice of R&B and hip hop was interesting considering the Western theme.My wife ordered a diet coke and Wild West boneless and I ordered a beer, ice tea, and Bonnie and Clyde. The diet coke she received had very little syrup and when I advised the waitress she told me they're changing the syrup. My wife received the bbq boneless wings (wrong flavour) and the servers weren't sure what flavour mine was.We still haven't received the fresh diet coke or cutlery for our boneless wings.At least at the end of the meal they compted our pop (at my request)The knife slashed bench seating was appropriate for the strip club atmosphere, and the broken men's stall I'm sure was only a result of someone owing money.I recommend STAYING AWAY from this location. I am currently hoping I don't get food poisoning.

Had to send the ranch dipping sauce back 3 times, each time it was the same expired/sour taste. The same for the diet Pepsi, 3 times it came back flat.

The service was rushed. They rushed the food, burger was not cooked all the way through. They overcharged on my order because the server lied about the pricing. The wings were dressed with regular spicy sauce and not the specific one I ordered. Dishonest server, food and service was horrible, need I say more

Oh!!! I don’t know why the rating pretty low.. but we been there few time with my kids... amazing atmosphere... my kids love there food...

The worst Wild Wing I have ever visited. Terrible service, unreasonably long wait in almost empty restaurant, cold wings and appetizers after main course was served. Calamari tasted bad, something definitely was wrong with them. Our waitress/manager was constantly smoking outside instead of doing her job. We could not even get our bill to pay and get out from that place because she was smoking again and no one else could help us. No soap in bathroom. At least wings were good but cold for some reason. I like that chain and it’s sad to see such bad apples among them.

Terrible experience. Saw 2 cockroach. The first was on the wall beside our bench seat. As soon as the waitress came with our drinks it appeared. We advised her it was there. And she reassured us not to worry that they aren't in the kitchen. Responding as though i am overreacting. All while trying to squish it with a paper towel. This server was not attentive at all. Spent way too long waiting for our food. Then by the time it came it was almost cold. Do not waste your money or time.

The worst place ever ! My order took almost one hour and I didn’t get what I ordered. The manager of the place doesn’t even care about the service I tried to talked with him about my problem with my food but the guy just ignored at me. I don’t recommend this place not even for Uber eats.

Went there for dinner with a coworker. I didn't leave a 1 star only because the server was very nice. The food is simply brutal. By far the worst nachos I've ever had. Had *traces* of cheese on maybe a third of them. They had no sour cream and the salsa tasted old. My coworker had the meat lover on flat bread. It looked more like crackers with tomato sauce on them. Barely any meat. Again, do yourself a favor and don't ever go there for food!

Doesn’t even deserve one star, horrible customer service. Cancelled my order after making me wait over an hour. I never would have ordered from this place had I read these reviews. Seems like every Wild Wings in Brampton is complete garbage. I called to ask why they cancelled my order after making me wait so long, just to be hung up on. Wild Wings will never ever get my business again. Wouldn’t even recommend this place to rats.

It's a nice place to hangout. Been there a couple of tyms, the server Artha is really good. She is the only one around most of the times and manages it well.Food was good too I ordered wings both the times.Reason for 4 star is games are payed. Even for a foosball table !!

This is not the first time I’ve been here and there’s always something wrong with the order. One time they missed a part of the order and one person at my table had to get it to go, this time she didn’t even ask about boneless, saucy, or bone in. There’s no hot drinks here either!! What kind of restaurant doesn’t have hot drinks??? Iced tea tastes like the cheap powdered stuff...

Horrable!! So first things first NO mask was worn by any one in this place. 2nd the food portion was skimpy im pretty sure we had only a 1/2 order of left over frys and contrary to the advertisement on the menu they were not seasoned. I had the fish and it was still gooey on the inside. The cajun wings were good tho. 3rd and prob the most bothersome is when we left the patio table was not wiped down nor the chairs or menues NOTHING she just pushed the chairs in we seen this as we were parked right infront of the patio. The food was 1/2 eaten then tossed. 4th another table was occupied and they were smoking in the patio section.Eat here at your own risk.

Decent place for a meal

Restaurant had 6 customers(not including us), young teens inside beside the bar selling and rooling weed, AND sleeping on the bench. The wings were cold, fries were room temperature, and the waitress did not check on us after food was delivered. Multiple tables were left uncleaned. 5 other customers came in, sat & left within 1 minute. Very disappointed!

Ordered food yesterday. The wings were really good but poutine as a side dish was not worth buy. so giving 3 stars. Recommend them for their wings. I have tried so many flavors of the wings so far and all are great .

Came here with my friend and the food was fine however when my drink came to the table there was lipstick on my glass, that’s really disgusting! Clearly this place needs better dish washers or a dishwasher period!

I was waiting at the bar for my take out and I seen a cockroach on the bar. Absolutely disgusting!!!!
